Koh Som Resort is located on the beautiful island of Koh Som (Orange Island) Its cluster of villas surround a meandering stream that leads down to the beach. The elevated structure of the villas and angled roofs allow maximum airflow in and around each building, naturally cooling them. Exclusive "floating villas" reduce the "footprint" on the island and provide unique , private hideaways for priviledged guests.

The coloured banding to the floating villas gives identity to each unit, reminicent of the colourful bands of material wrapped around the bow of local long tail boats for good luck.
