88 Hing Fat St Causeway Bay facing Hong Kong harbor. The "Sail" facade is emphasized by "mast's and battens". Completed in 2002.

CRC Tower Queens Rd Central, a competition winning entry based on "solar shade" and "wing walls". Completed in 2004.
